These are the postings of Karl Beech, a middle-aged Persian-speaking Welshman living in the United Kingdom. I am married to Minoo and we have two daughters. For the last twenty years I have been working in the inter-locking worlds of publishing, information and libraries. The teachings of Bahá’u'lláh have a profound influence in my life and are a strong theme in ‘Myriad Lives’. Oh, and in case you are wondering, the picture is of my Mum and I circa 1964…

    Peace Karl,

    Nice to come to your blog. It is an interesting place. I found my way here from your comments on Star of Seshat. Although I am English, I live in Wales (and have done for the past 10 years). I now live in Merthyr Tydfil and work in Cardiff.

    I am a Muslim by faith and I have had many interesting discussions with Baha’is. In particular, I have had a number of stimulating online conversations with Barney Leith, a noted member of the UK Baha’i community I believe.

    At any rate, I just wanted to introduce myself. Insha Allah, there are many interesting conversations we might have together.
